Job Title: Full Time Radio Sales Account Executive
Continuously identify and create lists of prospects
Cold call daily to set up external sales meetings
Prepare sales literature and marketing proposals
Present and close marketing proposals directly to local businesses
Work with other internal departments to activate marketing campaigns once sold to local businesses.
Maintain relationships with local businesses while campaigns are/are not running by providing a high level of customer service.
Perform all other tasks perceived; assigned, and/or required that contributes to the overall goals of the station.
Meet and or exceed monthly sales goals.
Take initiative toward solving problems and recommending creative advertising solutions.
Bachelors Degree (preferred but not required)
Strong verbal skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
Desire to work in sales industry
efficient and organized time manager
Valid Florida Driver’s License and insurance
Compensation: Salary + Commission

Ongoing training in the areas of Broadcast sales and marketing. Work with a management team with over 80 years of combined experience.
